What we look for
Are you the right fit?
We're looking for people who are passionate about disability support, reliable, empathetic and committed to making a positive difference. Experience is valued but not always essential — we provide training for the right candidates.
- A genuine passion for supporting people with disability
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Current First Aid and CPR certificate (or willingness to obtain)
- Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
